Sadly, Romeo and Juliet hail in the two feuding families, the Montagues and also the Capulets correspondingly, which determines their intense, short romance. Throughout the balcony scene Romeo and Juliet express their deep love and devotion to for one another. They deeply regret the truth that they're enemies and resent the social limitations placed upon their love due to their different “names”. Juliet exclaims in despair, “Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo”. Juliet refers back to the ambiguity of affection cheap love and hate are connected: “my only love sprung from my only hate”. She's deeply saddened because Romeo is really a Montague. However both agree their passion for each over exceeds their families’ hate.
